I have posted before that I want to start on a new program, I went to the ft training area and went for the specialised bodybuilding program that they say is only for pro's and yet for example on monday you do legs and calves but there are only 3 exercises 2 legs and one calves HUH???

Please guys I don't know where else to look for a program, my previous prgram was really intense sometimes up to 10 exercises a day and about 30 sets I know thats a lot BUT IT REALLY WORKED FOR ME!! AND OTHER PEOPLE WHO GYM WITH ME!! But now I dot know where to look for help?

If you want a specialized bodybuilding routine, you are looking in the wrong place. try the bodybuilding forums, if nothing appeals to you, PM me and I can send you some links.
My guess would be you respond well to volume, although sometimes this only works till your body overtrains/adapts.
