I still need help with my diet. I trashed the old one, and am trying to ween myself off of supplements and rtd's as much as possible. My ft Nutrition plan says I need 4,875 calories, 682.5 carbs, 292.5 protien, and 135.4 fat. This is the new diet, but could still use some tweaking....
Remember, I am on a tight time constraint, can not take any time to prepare much food, and have limited cooking items because I travel a lot due to my work (I own a chain of Cellular Dealerships) and stay mostly in hotels (no microwave or stove lol)

Here it goes.... tell me where I can possibly alter it to better suit my goals (I am in week 3 of 8 in my bulking phase)

Wake Up around 6 am...
Pre Workout- No-Xplode (NO2 supplement as well as slight Creatine Booster)- will not alter
Workout 7am-8:30am
Post Workout- Cell Mass (C2EM Supplement)-will not alter
CYTOGainer-

Breakfast around 9:30am (only commercially prepared meal in diet)
6 egg whites- 102 calories, 2.4 carbs, 21.6 protien, 0 fat
2 Wheat Toast Slices- 139 calories, 26 carbs, 5 protien, 2 fat
4 sausage links- 192 calories, 1 carb, 10 protien, 16 fat

11 am brunch-
Myoplex Packet mixed with 2 scoops Xplode (complex carb supplement)- 508 calories, 81 carbs, 42 protien, 3 fat

Lunch-
3 chicken breast sandwiches on wheat bread- 630 calories, 81 carbs, 45 protien, 9 fat
1 potato- 100 calories, 26 carbs, 4 protien, 0 fat
1 health bar, 340 calories, 29 carbs, 30 protien, 12 fat

4 pm- Second dose of Cell Mass (C2EM Supplement, will not adjust)

7 pm- Myoplex packet with 2 scoops Xplode (complex carb supplement)- 508 calories, 81 carbs, 42 protien, 3 fat

Dinner- Tuna- 150 calories, 0 carbs, 32 protien, 0 fat
2 servings cottage cheese- 180 calories, 10 carbs, 26 protien, 5 fat.
1 potato- 100 calories, 26 carbs, 4 fat
4 scoops Explode (complex Carb Supplement)- 456 calories, 114 carbs, 0 protien, 0 fat

1 Myoplex RTD- 300 calories, 20 carbs, 42 protien, 7 fat

Totals- 4,426 carbs (400 below target)
608 carbs- (80 below target)
358 protien- (60 over target)
61 fat- (70 below target)

I know your first response- too many supplements... I know. I want to reduce these supplements to food (which is better than supplements) I also want to get my targets closer to where they could be.

I have done a lot of research into this diet and have gotten stumped up to this point. Suggestions please?

If you can help, tell me what I should change (and not a generalized change, tell me what as too what to remove, what would be replacing it, and the replacements k,c,p,f content, and when I should eat it)

And again I reiterate, I have no way to cook these unless it is prepared commercially, another thing I am trying to go away from.

Thanks for looking this over, and thanks in advance for the help!

You need to have your breakfast first then workout an hour later. Your right way too many supplements. You need to get your diet right before they will even begin to help. Until then your just wasting money. PWO all you need is some protein and a dextrose and malto mix. 45 min. after that I would have my PWO meal. Consisiting of some green fibrous veggies ike broccoli, with some fish oil or flax and a lean protein source with some kind of bean. All that myplex and xplode is doing you no good, but make your wallet thinner I can't stress that enough. Why can't you cook?..are you living on campus at school or something? Save that moeny that you would spend on supp. and go to the grocery store and get yourself some whole foods that can be easily prepared. That diet just doesn't look like it's going to pack on the mass like you want. You need carbs from pasta and rice and veggies i.e complex carbs that will slowly digest and not spike you insulin levels. Buy some almonds and snack on those for your fat intake. The best meal I see up there is your breakfast, eat some of that bread throughout your other meals. Buy some natty pb. Get some aold fashioned oats and mix that in a blender with natty pb and some protein powder and some milk or cottage cheese, that'll slow digestion down so it can be absorbed. If you take that myoplex stuff on an empty stomach it'll just pass right thu you and won't be absorbed. I know I wasn't specific but I just threw some ideas out there for you and I wanted to get my point across about those supp. doing you no good. gl

The reason I can't cook was mentioned in the first post....

:::Remember, I am on a tight time constraint, can not take any time to prepare much food, and have limited cooking items because I travel a lot due to my work (I own a chain of Cellular Dealerships) and stay mostly in hotels (no microwave or stove lol):::

I have lots of stores in lots of towns, so I travel daily from store to store to store, so I literally live in hotels most the year. I therefore have no way to prepare my meals, unless it is precooked or requires no cooking.

And the explode is a complex carb item, it contains 57g grams of complex carbs with no sugars. I take it since I can not prepare pasta.

almonds sounds like a good idea though, and I purchased some peanut butter and crackers and will try and munch on them through the day. It will be tough since I really do not enjoy the taste of PB... (ewwww)

Thanks for suggestions!

Alright I tweaked it a little more and hopefully this looks a little better. I tossed the Explode like suggested and thought I would try some good old fashioned food just spread out a little more....

The new diet shaved about 50g of protien off of it, upped the fat a little, and upped the overall calories about 100.

Wakeup- 1 Serving Muscle Milk (Great mix of protien, carbs, and fat, taken about 60 min prior to workout)
30 min later- No Explode
PWO-Cell Mass
20 Min PWO- Cyto Gainer Shake- mix of whey protien and carbs
Breakfast 10-15 min later- 5 egg whites, 2 slices dry whole wheat toast, 4 sausage links
11 am- 1 Super Tea (By Abb), 1 Cup Shredded Wheat (Breakfast Cereal), 2 GNC Multivitamin, 1 Omega Complex- (Contains Borage Oil, Flax Seed Oil, Fish Body Oil, etc.)
Lunch- 3 Homemade Chicken Breast Sandwiches, 1 Potato, 1 Protien Bar, 1 Large Diet Sprite
4pm- Cell Mass
5pm- 12 Crackers and Peanut butter, 1 Cup Shredded Wheat
Dinner- 1 Can Tuna, 2 Servings Cottage Cheese, 1 Potato
Before Bed- Myoplex RTD

Then throughout the day I snack on 12 more crackers with Peanut Butter

Does this look better?
