Does anyone have any suggestions for a at home treadmill workout plan? I am 32, 162 lbs, 5'11" and plan on working out 4 x's a week with weights. Just want to lose some weight....get toned. I signed up for 4 days/wk doing weights. Is there a section for treadmill? Help!
