IMO...

If your main goal is weight loss then you need to be doing cardio more than every couple of days... Ideally you should be walking in the morning, and although there are some who might disagree, you should be doing it on an empty stomach as soon as you wake up for about 45mins. Also, you need to be training with weights. The more muscle you have on your body, the more you body must work to maintain it, therefore you burn more calories throughout the day. Also, you diet must be in check, that is the most important part. If you have questions about your diet i would be happy to lend my advice.

Welcome to the site nikioo.Good to see you trying to make a change.
Your cardio will help speed up your metabolism, which will inturn along with weights will help your body burn more calories.
One cannot spot reduce, so forget that thought. Try doing a workout from here on ft and post us the results.
When doing your cardio, remember to get your HR up to at least 85% of your max.
To figure out your max this is the formula:

220 minus your age, and 85% of that is your max. Keep it there for at least 10 min with a warm up and cool down, you will be ok. If you have high BP, or other cardio or pulmanary problems, see your doc first.
Hope this helps. Please fill out your profile.
