Hi!! I am a 28 year old looking for training routines for being competive in triathalons. I enjoy very intense workouts but I only have 1.5-2 hours a day to train. I also like to change up my routines with not only running/bike/swimming workouts but also kickboxing and plyometics. On the off season I'm looking for stationary bike routines and other cross traing routines that involve rowing machines, steppers, etc. I usually stay with a routine for 4-6 weeks then change it up. I also do 4-5 days of weight training and am always looking for new routines that emphasise speed and improvements in running/biking/swimming. Does anyone have any ideas?
