Hello all! Isn't this a great website? I am a triathlete who has started many weight training programs with no consistency. During the triathlon season, I have not been lifting weights at all but realize it is necessary to strengthen my body overall, which will help my performance next season. I currently live in a bitter cold climate and have been forced indoors for my triathlon training. Now I have the perfect reason to start a new workout regime. Any other triathletes out there? I am also trying to clean up my diet. I tend to overcompensate for my endurance training with many Big Macs and beer.
