hey guys, i havn't posted in a long time. its been a long road with assorted shoulder pains (i have terrible shoulders) and the past month and half i had gotten back into my routine. (although i'm sure none of you care). but i'm pumped to be back lifting after having to take 2 months off since beginning of may to nurse my joints! i am basically almost at full strength again besides squats; still grinding away with that. but anyway, i digress...
i have had great success with using ZMA and i was just browsing the recent posts that i've missed and someone had mentioned Tribulus. I looked into it and was wondering if anyone had used this and their results. should i just stick with the ZMA or possibly look into tribulus. any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
