I have read that there are three different heads to the tricep. I have developed my triceps nicely I believe doing mainly pushdowns, skullcrushers, and close grip bench. What excercises are good at isolating the different heads of the tricep? Which excercises isolate which parts?

one arm tricep extensions will separate the heads through your range of motion. dumbell kickbacks are good for the upper area, and dips are good for lower (around the elbow)

Are those best for mass building in the individual areas or better more for isolating and definition?

if you do lower reps, ie 6-8, you can build mass. exercises around 10-12 reps will be better for definition
