Some type of compound exercise. Though it is hard anyway to isolate the heads of the tricep, a compound type will insure complete hitting of the muscle. Examples would be close grip benches, either flat or decline, barbell extension movements, (incline, flat, or decline), dumbbell raises, etc. You can start with something like upper cable pressdowns to get some good blood flowing in there, then move to your compound movements.

The triceps require heavy weight and a compound movement to work them effectively and provide the proper stimulii for growth. Therefore, two of the best movements you can do for your triceps to stimulate growth are close grip bench presses, and weighted dips.

Sounds good. For some reason, close grip was an exercise i have always avoided. Ill definately start doing them now.
