Alright guys... What's your triceps routine and what's been most effective for you?

I like to include 2 heavy compound movements, and then 2 isolation type movements.

either
(from last workout)
Close Grip bench (12*,12,5,4,3)
/\ pressdowns on pulldown station(7,5,3)
Sitting DB French Press (10) -threw it in for some variation
Dips (12*, 10) -threw it in for some extra work
Sometimes I do pressdowns first and go heavier or do DB french Press first or Ez Bar- Lying French Press...
So I try to do 1-2 compound exercises first, and usually I try to go very heavy in the range of 5 reps...sometimes I switch it up and change my objective to just hit certain number of reps with a weight(like to improve by 1-2 reps)...most of the time I do around 8 sets total, sometimes 10...and sometimes as little as 6...if short on time or just decide to go for very low reps and rest mroe between sets ...

I like the close grip benchpress for five sets of ten to eight reps, then its lying tricep extensions for five or four sets of ten to eight reps then its over the head tricep curls for the same number of sets and reps I would consider changing the exercises every two weeks and the reps and sets to keep the muscles off guard.
