one arm reverse cable pulldowns sounds as funny as that new cherry vanilla diet dr pepper. what is the hand placement on the reverse pulldowns and how are the nicely sounding skullcrusher done?

Larry Scott's favorite, cable triceps extensions. Any type of extension movements, I prefer cables for this.

One thing I noticed though is that you said
"I have been focusing a lot on my arms". You may already know it but if you over work your arms, you might wind up with the opposite result that you're looking for.

interesting point mike. i guess i was being very general and not specific. thanks for pointing that out though. what i meant was-- i am trying to build my biceps and triceps areas as i would appreciate more mass and greater strength.
i know a lot of exercises are good to start off with real low weights; is it good to do lower weights on the reverse cable extensions?

Its all about good form if you can't compleate a set with form at least to your last few reps on your last set then your waisting your time. leav your ego in the car when you go to the gym.

Thanks for the welcome back guys. You wouldn't believe where they've had me these last many months but it's good to be home. Hopefully I can get back more often now.
