What exercises should a person do to make the triceps BUST OUT? I've been trying for a while now and I don't have a clue on how to make my triceps grow. I have been gifted in the bicep area, but my triceps look puny.

I hit them with this workout: first is either dumbbell behind the neck presses/and or kickbacks. I usually do both for 6 sets total. Next is a superset of cable pressdowns followed by rope pulldowns(this is light whilt the pressdowns are heavy). I do three sets of those for 9 total.

I have been doing a series of exercises for about five months now, and have noticed big gains, I originally just wanted to gain strenght, but I got both. I always start with full dips, 3 sets of 15, then I go to lying tricep extentions or seated tricep extentions with the curl bar, then kickbacks with the dumbbells, then cable press downs (straight bar) then rope cable extentions. I also work in one arm reverse cable pull downs for variety and a real blast of the tricep. I generally end with the dip machine as heavy as I can go. I don't do more than four of these exercises a workout day, and I have only done 3 sets of ten on all, except for the warm up dips. I also work in bicep exercises in between the tricep exercises. I am with MUTT these days, if you can still itch your nose or your ear, give up another set.

Try changing the angles you hit them at. Changing the point of peak contraction will give your muscles a new stimulus to adapt to. You know the general motion, now twist it and turn it.
