Hey guys,
I have a quick question. I've been under the impression that doing skullcrushers followed by seated dumbell tricep extensions isn't good because you're basically doing the same exercise "twice". I've heard recently though that it's the best way to gain mass... I'm confused... Someone please fill me in.
Here's my current tricep workout:
Skullcrushers: 10, 8, 6, 6
tricep pull downs: 10, 8, 6, 6
tricep push down machine: 10, 8, 6, 6
dips: 3 sets to failure

I do roughly the same workout for tri's. They are close to being the same movement but the dumbells are a isolation excercise where the skull crusher is a compound movement. So they work the muscle in diffent ways. I think you would be ok with that work out but I am not a body builder.

now and forever. No one holds command over me. No man. No god. I am ANIMAL! and that is enough.

do behind the back dips those work wonders, and also you should do some flat nech 8 inch spread.

The close grip bench press is the best mass builder, after these I would do skull crushers, plus change your routine around more dont stick to the same things all the time try over the head tricep curls while standing this hits the lateral head real good.
