Hi, I do 3 exercises for my triceps but want to know which is the most effective and also other exercises I can do. I get bored easily with doing the same stuff.
I do what I would call "kickbacks.. leaning on a bench and bending my elbow and swinging back. I do the rope. And I also do the pully where the pully is above me and I bring it down, palm facing towards me and I pull down till my arm is straight. I hope I explained this well. But what other ways can I work on my triceps?

DIPS are probably one of the best exercises for Triceps.
Close Grip Bench Press (Barebell)
Skull Crushers (Lay on a flat bench with an EZ Curl bar, extend bar above your head and slowly bring the bar down towards your forehead then extend back up to starting position)
These are just a few exercises for triceps. Look here on FT for additional exercises.

I like Doing Dips (usually weighted) and also Extensions. You can do one handed Extensions, sit on a bench, Grab a dumbbell and lift your arm over your head, with your arm bent, now extend it upwards.
Also one of my Fave's is the 2 handed Overhead Extension, I find It really hits my whole Tri, and gives me a great pump.
