I work out 4 times a week and have been doing so for some time now, I am currently taking creatine monohydrate, and am in my 3rd week, I have noticed a solid difference in my overall appearance but would like to enhance my arms a little more, my question is should I work them an extra day on an off day, if not any other ideas?

List what you do for them now and what you are eating....

I am currently following the mass building program, so the exercises as you know vary from week to week, as for my diet it is good, 3 big meals a day and 2 smaller meals, the bigger meals are usually chicken breast cottage cheese spinach etc.. and for the smaller meals it usually is just alot of fruit and peanut butter, stuff like that, I also consume a lot of water in a day.

also the mass building program only gives 2 exercises a week for biceps and triceps

Ok then first thing is that to add another day may be counter-produtive. Doing a mas program you need to rest them nd eat so they can grow. Secondly 3 weks is really not enough time to see a big difference. give it 8 weeks at least before you get worried or change up. Try to use a heavy weigths as you can get with good form and you shold see some results....

No problem, for really adding size use heavier weights than you are used to, and stay with the basic bi/tri exercises....good luck!
