Tricepts get burned on EVERY excercise!

In doing my workouts it seems that when I hit 'failure' its ALWAYS because of my tricepts.

I do shoulder presses, tricepts get tired and I cant do anymore reps. Shoulders still fine.

I do decline bench presses. Tricepts give out even sooner.

I do incline presses, same. Hell I even do rowing to work my back and my tricepts are so exhausted by then they cant take it.

I cant even imagine working tricepts intentonally, every good excercise requires them! I feel Im only doing bicepts and abs to the max (alteast in upperbody).

Am I doing something wrong?

where do you put your fingers on the barbell? the closer the more it works tris. as for tris getting exausted on rows thats odd because it doesnt work tris at all.

This used 2 also happen 2 me. What I did was... I started to train my tricep like mad. Not only did it get stronger but it showed a lot of definition really quick.

Im using machines, probably correctly. Should I widen my grip as much as possible?

Or is it possible its a concentration problem? Like on benches could I be forcing it with my tricepts and not using my pecs at all or something?

you dont have to go as wide as possible but maybe go a little wider. it will work your pecks more.

Kieas the movements your are doing have a common factor they all involve use of the tri's. I would say it's not a form issue, you need to work on strengthening your tri's

Okay, Ill add a tri day to my workout schedual. Thanks alot.
