I just finished a 8 week bootcamp almost 1 month a go and i have noticed that I am gettin lazy again. Wheat can I do to kee motivated (oh yeah my spelling is crap)

hey, i know what u mean, I used to & sometimes still do hard workouts, i'd say it's probably nuttin like bootcamp, i've done taebo videos, & just pushed myself way too hard after having 2 kids back to back, & i have the same problem, i just can't get motivated, it's like i want this really bad for myself, but i just can't break through, u kno what i'm saying, but n e ways, i just wanted to try to give u some advice, just think of what u want to be, & how u want to be....& by the way if u think of anything run by me, because i need the advice really bad, i just have no support from my family.....

Try starting as little easier and not burning out.

I like my clients to sit down and write out some realistic goals and reasons they want to/need to work out. that list becomes their go-to list for motivation.

No one can make you do this but yourself, so you have to figure out what drives you and use that as motivation.
