My friend suggested this to me....he told me to put my feet up on the wall at an angle and do push ups. I haven't tried this one yet, but I was wondering what areas would this work?
I put my feet on the bench sometimes to burnout my pecs after an intense mass workout. It hits the upper chest more than flat push ups. It also recruits the shoulders a bit more.

sounds like a vertical pushup and would work the shoulders more than the chest--like doing a barbell press except you'd be using your body for weight while upside down.
