Im 19 and i am looking for a workout that will gain muscle mass and make me look good.. I understand that what you eat is very important. i was wondering if a low carb diet would be a good idea maybe low carbs and 1 gram of protien for every pound i weigh. How much cardio should i do and how do i get rid of the extra belly fat that i have. i have never really seen sit ups to work. if anyone has any suggestions or can help me with my work out i would appreciate it. thank you mike
