Hey. I'm 5 foot 9, 220 pounds. I've been on atkins diet before lost alot, was 175. I went off the diet and gained it all back but I'm trying again and I realize this time that it's a lifestyle change, not just a diet. During school, I will be involved in weight training 5X a week, should I be doing low weight/high rep or the opposite, and what are some cardio things I can do before school to get about 20 pounds off before school (got a month before school)
and is low carb the right way to go??? Thanks for the help everyone!!!

1st of all, don't post all over the place and be patient! Currently there are 18 people on this site, so you will have to wait.
20 lb in a month? sounds very unhealthy.

Yeah, I Guess 3 comments is waaaaay to much out of the 40884 in this forum alone.
But anyways, what are some steps I can be taking, is cardio the way to go to lose weight faster? LOTS OF WATER I KNOW. Any help and suggestions would be great.
