Hi Everyone! I am Eda - 28 years old and about 50lbs overweight. I am trying to be motivated to be healthy (and fit into my clothes again!!). I have been on and off loosing 20/30lbs and then gaining it back as I get lazy!!!
New me as of TODAY. I have signed up for Yoga that I do 3x a week and Salsa Dancing 2x a week during lunch hour. I will be taking Cycling Classes 2x a week in the evenings. I have joined this website to provide me with better resources for additional cardio and weight lifting instructions and as a benefit, I see that there is a wonderful support group here as well. With your help, I hope that I can do this and maintain a healthy weight.
