Trying to build strength

Can anyone help me with trying to build strength without putting on too much size? I want to put on just a little size on my but not alot. I would appreciate your help.

Yami, building strength will add size to your body if you are doing any kind of serious lifting. It's a natural reaction to stress on the muscles. However, you will not become some massive bodybuilder look-a-like just by lifting. That also comes from diet.

But here's the catch, without eating properly, you can't get stronger. So, diet is essential. You can use the strength program from the site to give you a basis for growth.
