Hi, I am a new member here and would love some help. I set up my profile, but not sure if it went through, or if it has to be "approved" first. I am a 28/m 150 lbs. 5'10". Trying to gain some mass/bulk. I am now a member of a huge gym and current go 3 times per week. I am taking Creatine Powder, Whey Protein w/ Glutamine, and NoX2, along with my daily multi vit/min. I have finally gained 7 lbs...but want more. I get instant gratification at the gym and I love it. I want to know if 2 hours at the gym is enough? My first half hour is cardio and the last 1.5 hours is on wieghts...Also, can anyone recomend a 6 meal diet for me. I am trying to keep my protein at 150 grms and 40% carbs per day. Is this ok?...Please help...Thank you

I don't have much to offer, except I've learnt from on here that doing cardio before weights, like you are doing, is not helping you gain. If you ask fitbuddy (the bottom of the page) about weights and cardio you'll find a post from BB1fit. He is very knowledgable and will tell you that doing cardio straight before weights will actually burn the muscles you are trying to build.
I can't explain it very well, it would be a good idea to have a read yourself.
