Hey guys im 18 turning 19 and i weight 138 lbs.. Im tired of looking skinny i want to gain weight. So im starting to work out i have been working out for 3 weeks with little results. I want to gain 30-40 lbs. I have no experience when it comes to working out. But i think its time i give it a go. Anyone have any pointers?
