I usually put tuna in a pasta salad. It covers carbs, protein and fats all in one.

Try your tuna salad with lite mayo, pickle relish, eggs and onion.

Try tuna mixed with bread crumbs, make it into a burger and cook it.

Try that one:
Monica's Quick Fish Dish: Can of Tuna 1/2 cup oats 2-3 egg whites Mix and cook in pan with cooking spray. Garnish with mustard

Another one for tuna lovers:
Cool Tuna Casserole: Combine 1/2 cup white beans, 1 individual-size can of tuna, 1/2 chopped tomato, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and a dash of garlic powder; serve over mixed greens.
