I changed my diet lately and I'm eating four cans of tuna a day. Should I still be taking two tbsp of flax oil daily?
Also while digging around and trying to find the answer on my own, I noticed alot of people concerned about mercury poisoning from high amounts of tuna. Should I be concerned about this? There were a lot of conversations but no definite answer. If you need my daily diet to help aid in answering anything, just ask.

I don't know about the oil question but there is mercury in tuna. You can find some without it, but you have too look. There was a post here in another thread on where to but tuna with no mercury.
