If like me you hate tuna but recognise its economic protein potential try these tuna burgers:
1 can tuna
1 egg white
Grated onion or finely chopped parsley (how much is up to your own taste)
1tbl spoon low fat pancake mix.
Mix the lot together in a bowl and make it into a patty then fry it on a lightly greased non stick pan (I use the lean mean grilling machine). Stick it in a whole meal bun if you want, add letteuce, tomatoes, low fat mayo, ketchup, low fat cheese, etc.

hmmmm...they look very similar to a Salmon Patty recipe. Tuna would be a good change of pace.

I didn't see the salmon one, I dislike salmon more, though maybe, like this, it may taste better! I am new to this nutritional recipe stuff!
I don't mind tuna with mayo or cooked so much, but I can't take it plain or with mustard, etc. I've tried and I've tried!
