Does anyone have any ideas on what you can do with tuna without using mayo or miracle whip? I don't want to add all that fat.....

Ok - the dill, lemon and garlic sounds pretty good...but Salsa? Really? Won't my tortilla chips get angry? LOL

I mix it w/pickles and mustard, makes a great spread w/some monteray crackers. Also makes great grilled tuna sandwiches, add a slice of swiss chees.

I also do the pickles and mustard. Sometimes I'll put some chedder cheese on top and then heat it all up in the microwave. The cheese is a bit high in fat, but if you're not worried about that...it makes it taste alot better.

I put tuna over greens and put Udo's perfect blend oil over it with garlic, salt and pepper. Plain, but tasty.
Or tuna with red onion, salsa and cilantro in lowfat corntortillas is really good.

If you just want to have the same effect as you do when eating tuna with mayo or miracle whip try draining the excess oil or water and adding pepper, or try it with some mrs. dash lemon seasoning, or if you want try it a little new with a 1/2tsp of honey and mustard.
