Does anyone have a good tuna recipe without using mayo. I have checked the recipes listed here and only really found one that is pretty much a salad with tuna on it and oil and vinegar as dressing. Anything that uses a BBQ sauce or something like that? Id like to be able to have a few different things to be able to take to work as lunch.

Thanks for any help.

Only recioe I found here was under the fish and seafood recipe section in this forum posted by:

chellie1234:

TUNA SALAD

1-2 cans of tuna
1-2 tomatoes
lettuce
1/2 tbsp of olive oil
a little bit of vinagre
salt
pepper
cottage cheese

Similar to yours with a little variance. I personally just eat it with mustard, ever since I started eating healthy again I kinda quit worrying too much about taste as I did before, I just eat like I'm putting gas in the car now. Machine like. I do miss the days of Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Arby's, Steak-n-Shake, etc., etc., etc. Not gonna lie though, I do treat myself on occasion, but not much anymore.

I have been mixing my tuna with tomato or sphegetti sauce recently. It really helps mask the taste. It does add some sugar/carb calories to your diet, so plan around it if your not trying to gain.

I have been eating tuna daily for well over 6 years now and that is the only way I down it without my gag reflex kicking in.
