In my quest to eliminate mayonnaise I used blenderized cottage cheese instead in my tuna. Beautiful. It tastes very rich and filling, boosts the calcium and protein, and uses up that stupid tub of cottage cheese that's slowly fossilizing in my fridge. If you ask at your grocery store, they'll usually cut your grain bread extra thin-helps keep the carbs down.

I've also used not fat sour cream, but I like the cottage cheese idea.

I made a cheescake with cottage cheese for my sweetie and he loved it and my daughter wants to know when I am going to make it again.

Can I come over for desert Sandysford? One of my weaknesses is cheesecake.
Effalunt try quark or plain yogurt instead of the mayo, or light salad dressing.
