I got one of those sandwich press things that makes pocket sandwiches, and there's nothing better than a tuna and skim cheese sandwich on multigrain bread. If you use blenderized cottage cheese instead of mayo you cut the fat and add protein. The cheese gets all gooey. Yum!

Yeah, any tuna sandwich is fine with me.

you don't even have to blend the cottage cheese. It is twice as filling as a regular tuna sandwich (I can usually only finish 1/2 in a sitting.
