First I am would like to take some form of energy enhancement before I work out so that I don't get tired as quick. I work long hours and by the time I get to the gym I am exhausted mentally.

Second I bulk up easily but have a hard time losing fat. I plan on trying to lose approx 50 lbs in the next 8-10 months and would like to know if I should take any weight loss supplements of pills. If so then which have been found to provide safe effective results?

Exercise will increase your energy believe it or not. If you are still lacking in the energy department try about 200mgs of caffine before going to the gym. 200mgs is about equal to a cup of strong coffee.

Start drinking dark tea in the mourning or taking 200mg of caffeine, and another 200 mg during the day or 30 min before gmy as long as it's 6 hours before slp....

also try Hoodia Gordonii....look for it online...look for 500-3000mg dosages...i have read great thigns about it...it's a cactus derivative from africa...that's suppresses appetite by up to 30%....

also try increasing your fiber and water intake which should suppress your appetite....
