Hello to all,

My day six has to exercises the same which directly follow each other, The exercise is "Lying Triceps Extensions".

Is this normal or a glitch in the system.

triceps Lying Triceps Extensions 16
triceps Lying Triceps Extensions 12
triceps Lying Triceps Extensions 10
triceps Lying Triceps Extensions 8

triceps Lying Triceps Extensions 16
triceps Lying Triceps Extensions 12
triceps Lying Triceps Extensions 10
triceps Lying Triceps Extensions 8

biceps Barbell Preacher Curls 16
biceps Barbell Preacher Curls 12
biceps Barbell Preacher Curls 10
biceps Barbell Preacher Curls 8

biceps Concentration Curls 16
biceps Concentration Curls 12

with your experience, what would you suggest I replace it with?

try replacing that second set with close grip bench or tricep pushdowns or tricep kickbacks ggod luck
