Hello does anyone have any advice for me in terms of gaining weight? I am a type 1 diabetic am 20 years old and am trying to add some muscle. Need Help.
Eat as often as you can (small meals spread equally apart). I eat 6 times a day and make sure that each meal has ample amounts of protein in it. Plus make sure that you don't eat too many things with a high glycemic index (like pasta and simple sugars).
