Your motivation should be found in your post! Your first line is "I need to lose weight". You know what you have to do.
Normally the easiest thing to do is examine what you are eating daily now and changing from processed foods to unprocessed, more natural foods. This in itself will result in large calorie drop. Not to mention much healthier.
