i just realized that for the weeks of the 12 week special mass program, for the bicep workout, it tells you to do standing dumbbell curls....and i have been doing standing dumbell hammer curls this whole time >_<
that shouldnt be much of a problem should it? errrr =_(

Well, hammer curls target more of the "peak" on the biceps rather than the overall shape. However, I wouldn't worry about that too much...

It is all good...just do some of the standing curls a few times it will even out.
