Is that david Kirsch's program? What is the diet plan like?
I guess I will do a google and see what I can find...

A diet is a diet. In the end, no matter what the name, they all do one thing. Deprive you of calories in some way.

If you like this one and you can live with it, this is the key. The mental aspect is one of the biggest reasons many diets fail, folks feel deprived in some way, or they feel it is not working, or too hard to do.

I've learned over the years to call it meal management rather than diet. :)

Awesome man, this is my 2nd day on it! the only advice i can say is, good luck and don't cheat! i know it's a very strict diet and exerceise plan but just hold on their. You'll get through it and it will definitley be worth it in the end!
