Ultimate stack????

I was just wondering if anyone could give me some of their advice on what they thought was the ultimate supplement stack to increase muscle size, strength, and burn fat??????
Over this past summer I used Omega cuts, Arenal X, HGH from scitec, and M5 Extreme from cellucor. It was extremely effective. Looking for something possibly better???

I stack more and more 45lb plates on the bar - builds strength which can result in more mass and ultimately burns more fat by increasing your BMR.

When I eat, I stack a ton of meat atop a huge pile of whole wheat pasta.





Sorry, dude. When it comes to supplements, I don't take anything other than the 4 basics: vitamins, protein, fish/flax oil, and creatine.

I mean if I just eat right, train right and take creatine that works but I still gain too much fat with that, and now find myself having to gain all that weight plus fat and then going back and having to lose weight and then gain it back, its kind of a slow process......
I mean I've real strong and fast but the process is becoming tiring........

Fat accompanies muscle gain, always. The game is the same for all of us. As we gain when we are leaner, it tends to be better partitioning, so we gain a bit more muscle than fat. As we gain when our bodyfat is higher, partitioning starts to suffer and the ratio turns the other way.

I try and keep my diet very healthy, I have been eating less carbs, and more protein, and 5-6 small meals a day, and atleast 3 sources of fruits and vegetables a day and atleast 1 gallon of water per day.

You may be right, homegym. But your testes shrink to the size of peas and your heart grows twice its size and explodes. Ok, I know, a bit dramatic, but that stuff is unnecessary.

GOWAR, stick with a clean diet and solid training routine.
