Hi, ive been doing weights for 3 months now and in the last 3 weeks ive been taking it really seriouly. my problem is that my left shoulder muscles seem smaller and are not parrlell with my right side. it gives the appearance that my head and neck is slightly off center. this is annoying me, is there anything i can do about it?

Keep working out your shoulders, eventually they will even out. Use both bb and db moves. My left arm is much weaker at most things but it's weird, my left shoulder is stronger on lateral movements. I wonder if it could be because my right rotator gives me problems once in a while and maybe that has made it the weaker one?

Oh, I should add that no two sides of our body are exactly the same.
