Gaining weight is as simple as eating more calories per day than you burn. Do a search for BMR for formulas to figure out your daily caloric expenditure - but for a simple way, multiply your weight by 11 for your BMR (should work good for a 32 y/o as long as you don't have above average muscle mass.) Then take that number (1672 for you) and multiply it by a multiplier based on your activity level. 1.2 is usually used for sedentary people, up to 1.5 or 1.6 for very active (heavy exercising 6-7 days a week) people. Then just eat more calories per day than that number.
Now if you're lifting weight and trying to make sure most of the weight you add is muscle, eat about 500 calories over that number, and get at least 1gram per pound of bodyweight of good protein. There's also a lot on here about making sure the rest of your macronutrients are healthy as well, as well as what macro ratio you should use.

hi im 23 yrs old 5'7ft tall 103 lbs , obviously im way too underweight for my age and height. i have been trying to gain weight as far back as i can remember. I read a couple of articles about gaining some weight, but it doesnt work for me, maybe because i have this disorder. "Bowel movement" disorder or somethin like that. coz no matter how much food intake i get, cant help but release it right away. Hoping you might help me on this one.

No matter how much you take a crap, the calories should still be in you as long as your body doesn't burn them. If you want to gain weight, it is as simple as what deadhedted posted. You need to eat more calories than you burn. If you want to gain weight but mostly muscle, you should also follow deadhedted's advise on the protein and calorie intake.
