I took my measurements and noticed that my biceps are uneven by an inch from left to right. I know my right is stronger and there is a visible difference when flexed, but wasn't expecting a full inch.
What's the best way to even them out? More reps with the left then the right? Or just do my curls with dumbbels to failure on my left side...thus getting less of a workout with my right?

start with your weaker arm, do reps to whatever your goal is, and MATCH that with your stronger arm.. do not go over even if you feel you can. eventually, your weaker arm will strengthen, and your stronger arm will maintain as it catches up

So keep the weight the same on both and say 12 reps each arm? My FT program has me doing 12, 12, 10, 10.

bropie--
I think it does'nt work.....some people just have weak bodyparts or halves....train like you did and MAYBE concentrate on your weak arm's form - this might be a problem (for my triceps for example....when I´m doing dips I´m always tending to press more with right arm - right triceps is also WAY better ;) )

im talking from experience dag.. leaving it will just lead to a further rift between left and right strength, and will exact a further effect as you increase weights. i've had the same problem, and have managed to solve it this way.. just my opinion that an inch difference b/t arms should be dealt with..

Agree with BA, it just happens. My arms too are different sizes, not too much you can do about it. I do agree with bropie on saying start with your weaker arm and match it on your stronger arm, otherwise you'll train your stronger one harder and it will gradually get bigger then the other one.

Preciate it guys...I'll track em for the next few months and see if I can even them out...if not I'm fine with just accepting it. My legs are the same way...so it's possible my right side is just my stronger side. On leg curls and calf raises I fail earlier on my left then I do my right. I've been trying to do everything 1 side at a time lately or with arms using dumbbells over barbells or machine and have noticed big differences all over.
