I've been working out at the local gym for about a month now, and i've started seeing some results, but i have a problem in my chest, the left side of my chest has gotten slightly bigger than my right side, i've only just noticed and it looks pretty stupid, it there anything i can do to fix this problem, or shall i just carrie on as usual? and hope that it will just fix it self? *i start my f/t programme tomorrow,

After a month of working out, I'd have to put this in the Don't Sweat The Small Stuff category. You're seeing results and I wouldn't go looking for problems at this point. :)

lol i had the same problem i found out that it was my form when u use a barbell sometimes you may push the barbell unevenly by putting more weight on your left arm what i did was correct my form using light weight and using correct form and kept adding weight until i was back to my normal 8rm while keeping good form i also did dumbbell presses because you cant favor one arm it the exact weight on each arm

oh and use the same amount of weight on each dumbbell just do the same amount of reps with your left hand as your right hand can handle
