Ya, i just baught animal stak2, animal pak, animal cuts, and animal nitro. I did research on all these and sought it out to be a good buy and combination. Was wondering that since of all of these they have diffrent quanities of packs, i need to know what to do when im done with one cycle with the rest. should i wait till i can do another cycle or what? I want to get the most out of all of this as i can, and need to know the best way to do it, ty.

yo check out my thread ANIMAL PAK STACK! i just recently bought the pak, nitro and stak 2, i have only been on it a few days but, i am focused, it is a hell of a lot of pills though, i mean 11 for pak, 7 for stak 2 and like 9 for nitro. it's alot, but hopefully they will work, and if you got q's not answered here go to the
animalpak.com and ask the pros section, they can tell you how to take it all especially in what you are looking to do with it all?
like cutting or bulking, or what ever.
by the way what are your plans?

hell yah they're alot of pills, but its not anything impossible. You would think since there are so many and so big that they'll work, but we'll see. I think what im going to be doing is taking the cuts in the morning, then around noon take a pack of animal pak then stak2 30 min before workout then right before take the nitro and then after workout take nitro 30 min later and then 30 min after that, a protein shake, then later on take my the 2nd pak of cuts and call it a day.
im curious about how i workout though, dont know if its too little or just too messed up to begin with.
monday- back and biceps
tues- shoulders and triceps
wendsday- chest and legs
thursday- abs
and the rest are days off, maybe this is a good plan? but this is basiclly all what ill be doing for 3 weeks and im going to start the products monday, so ill let yoll know how they work for me, if theres any information concerning the products or my workout plans plz let me know, ty.

sounds pretty good, what time are you working out? because you really want to stretch out the time you take everything.
ask on my post or send an email to mmaibohm, or rev8ball, they can pretty much help you set up a good schedule, so you are not hurting yourself.
you got kidneys man think about them.
and a liver that really needs time to filter all this.
i take it your trying to stay lean but add some mass an d strength?

Crystalyzed420 i would change your split a little.
Monday chest back tri's(compunds each other push pull)
tuesday shoulders bi's (can be painfull small group)
wed abs
thursday leg(do legs alone after a good leg session you will want to crawl home not bench)

i just recently got the m-stack and it says to take 1 pack before work out.would it be better to take it after my work out
