I have had two awesome workouts over the last week. Able to do more sets and do more weight in sets. I started taking creatine preworkout and also had a couple of cups of coffee before each workout. I usually have essentially no caffeine. Any ideas about which is more likely the cause? One workout (legs) was after 4 days off. The other (back/triceps) was after three hard days in the gym prior. Is the camp or c2 giving a caffeine boost similar to what coffee has?
