Hi there...im really happy to have made this decision to get fitter and better my health and life.
I have m programme set to start, and i want to do that Monday.
ANY suggestions about what i can do in the next 3 days to prepare mentally and physically for the beginning of this programme?

im kinda on the same road... im on a short budget so i can get the "good fat" foods that i need to start my weight loss but untill i have the food im still gearing up im doing more streatching and even small stuff like putting on different makeup is making me feel good about myself. in the end im happy now and even if i cant get where i want to be by the time i wake uo in the morning lol i still feel good as a person. just know that you are special and you are doing this for YOU and either way your totally in love with your self lol dont fill up with junk food cuz its the last few days before your DIET begins either you will just end up craving more junk food... good luck!!!
