is there a thing on exercising while menstrating? is there a recomended set of exercises that is perid compliant?

Um, I do whatever I normally do...not exactly sure if that was your question though.

Hmmm, just because you are having your period does not mean that your life should stop. You still do your daily activities. Why not exercise too? I still do the cardio and weights as normal. There have been studies on women athletes who have broken their personal bests while menstrating. If you do not wish to use a tampon then do not go swimming. Other than that the other activities are fine.

Nothing change at all while having your period. Imagine how many weeks of the year would be lost?!!! (o;
Actually often the pain stops WHILE I'm training. The only thing that can bother me is light lower back pain, but really nothing serious.
