Upping calories

If I need to up my calroie intake by a total of about 150-200 calories cause I am not eating enough, how fast do I do this to not put on weight or fat per say? Do I just add it all in one day or like 50 calories a week? Any ideas? Thanks for all the help guys, this site is awesome..

150-200 calories is nothing to do immediately. In fact, pretty good. I would recommend about 10% of your total caloric intake.
