For the past 3 weeks I have been using creatine Monohydrate powder form ,and every day I get an upset stomach that makes me feel pretty goosey if you know what I mean. Is there anything I can do to ease this ???? Usually I take 5 grams when I wake up with breakfast, and my weight gainer shake and/or protein shake and 5 grams after my workout.

Stop taking it and see if there is a difference!
If it persists see a dr or take a closer look at your diet.

You only have to have 5g a day, it's better to have 10g but if it's bothering your stomach maybe you should try 5g... Start off taking 5g, do that for a couple weeks and if your stomach is fine try taking 10g. It might just be that your body isn't use to it being that high.
It could just be your body wont handle it. Creatine works wonders for me, but my former trainer couldn't take it. It was the same reason as yours, it gave him an upset stomach. Try decreasing it first, if you still have an upset stomach it might just be that your body isn't going to handle it.

Well I haven't taken this stuff for 2 days now and my stomach has still been feeling rather somewhat upset. I don't know why, but for some reason if I take the stuff with cranberry juice it doesn't seem to bother me as much.

Take 5 gr. pre workout. I have become a believer in this protocol. That way serum creatine levels will be peaking and increased flow of blood to the muscles may well help maximise delivery.

Well I started doing that, and it hasn't bothered me, but I was thinking , would if i took 2 1/2 grams in the morning and then again after I worked out, that way I have some of that in me already. Or that way stupid????
