i am taking v12 and creatine but i am only taking v12 once daily because i think it would be too much creatine if i took it twice, i also take creatine only once daily (5g). can i still take v12 twice daily while taking creatine. will i be getting better results if i took it (v12) twice daily while taking creatine?

If you're taking both, there's no need to take V12 twice daily.

I just finished 4 weeks on this Sans V12 product.

I must say I got absolutley nothing out of this product except for a decent pump.

I did not even feel any noticable strength or energy gains

I am not sure if anyone one else has had success with this crap, but I wasted 50 bucks.

I'm going back to creatine monohydrate.

Yeah i took it too. Wasted money as well. I did get a pump out of it, but i don't care about pumps. I care about strength and results. The pump i can get on my own hard work. My strength went no where on this product. I didn't like it and i want that money back so i can buy more monohydrate.:angry:
