Well My vacation is over. That is why I haven't posted much. I think I took my vacation a little too literally. I went to Nebraska for a week. We could of went to the gym there but excuses excuses excuses. We decided we would go when we got home. Then I decided to clean my house and put the gym on the back burner. Next thing I knew I was back ot work. I over ate everything. Cookies God I ate so many I thought I would turn into a big fat Chocolate chip Cookie. You know that bandwagon. Well I think I fell off. And it left me behind. So I have to run to catch up with it. I do intend to do just that. I just wanted you all to know that I am still here. I know so many ask for advise and never come back. But I will still be here to annoy you all with questions:big_smile: I love this site and all the info on it.

I can not at this time upgrade to the pro level to do the work out journal and I was wondering would it be okay for me to just post a journal and in which should I post.
